I picked up one of their belts i’ve been really happy with it. For me, the biggest thing is that it doesn’t dig in when I’m sitting, which I can’t stand with some belts. It feels sturdy but not stiff, and after wearing it through a few long days, I kind of forgot I even had it on. Definitely 5 stars from me.

The exchange went through okay in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I felt like I wasted a lot of time and energy just waiting around for something that should’ve been simple...

I had a problem with my order and contacted them to get it sorted out. They did respond, but everything moved slowly, and I ended up having to follow up more than once just to keep things going.

To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, so I appreciate that. But the whole process felt frustrating and kind of like there wasn’t a real person there actually paying attention, which was disappointing considering the gear isn’t exactly cheap

I picked this up on a random weeknight while I was trying to replace a few things around the house, it works fine for the price. I’ve used it a handful of times now, and it does the job, but the stitching feels a little weak in spots. Not terrible, just something I noticed quickly.

Happy with the experience overall, and next time I’ll probably check here before I waste time elsewhere...

Original SOE has always had a good reputation with gear folks, i get it now. Their stuff just looks tough and practical without trying too hard. I was going to say it feels overbuilt, but no, it feels built the right way. Like a brand that actually cares about making gear that lasts. Easy 5 stars from me.
